A mercenary hired to join The Villain Underground during a tumultuous time in the team’s history, RPM was scheming against his new employers from day 1. Using the team’s resources to track down one of the Rings of Gaea, RPM quickly snagged the ring for himself and left his teammates to die. A quick-witted sadist, RPM is phenomenally dangerous in combat due to his hummingbird-like movement and deadly chariot.
