The devilish Ms. Deeds first made herself known to the human world centuries ago – ensnaring the aristocratic Veritross family in a deadly contract. Emerging in the modern day to collect on that contract by killing Knox, Ms. Deeds quickly assumed a human identity and set her ambitions on becoming mayor of Lapis Harbor. After a successful election, Ms. Deeds’ strident foes on the city council Gregg and Frosty Cop prevented her from abusing her power. Upon the destruction of Lapis Harbor, Ms. Deeds was seen travelling with Robonobo and Silicon Artist out of town.

Ms. Deeds is played by Cody
