Becoming dependent on a chemical formula granting him superspeed, a costumed Logan would take out his frustrations on Generation Justice while dating GenJustice member Lotus. A bitter ex-boyfriend, Formula One stalked and harassed Lotus even after being possessed by shadow creature. Now a monstrous entity known as Speed Demon, Logan terrorizes his ex-girlfriend and anyone close to her.
